Most guests of this property have enjoyed the beds. The beds are said to be very comfortable and have helped guests to receive an excellent night's sleep while staying at this property.

Many guests have appreciated the hotel's location, as it is close to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone ski resorts. This gave guests the chance to ski in multiple locations without having to pay the premium that is associated with staying up the mountain.

Guests have enjoyed the pool and hot tub area at this hotel. This is said to be the perfect place to relax after a long day of skiing, as it provides some much needed therapy for sore muscles.

Past guests have been disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast. While there is an on-site restaurant that serves breakfast every morning, guests thought that their breakfast should be included in the price of the room.

There have been complaints that this hotel is starting to get a little bit run down and could use a thorough update. Guests have said that the interior of the property as a whole looks quite old and that modern fixtures and decor would make the hotel much more appealing.

Although guests have said that the staff is quite friendly, there have been complaints about staff members not being able to handle situations that arise at the hotel. This led to guests believing that the staff could use additional training.
