Guests say that the location of the hotel is great because it isn't in the busy heart of the city, but it is close to transportation, meaning that you can access the city centre easily in a matter of minutes. That makes it idea if you are travelling for business, but also want to do a little sightseeing and stay in a less crowded area.

Guests have said that there are many different meal options at the hotel's restaurant. There are both cold and cooked breakfast choices available. In the evening, the restaurant serves traditional Moroccan dishes, as well as international foods.

Guests all agree that the housekeeping staff does their job well. The rooms are all cleaned thoroughly each day. The rooms and beds are always neat and clean, as are the bathrooms.

Despite the fact that it isn't in the city centre, there can be a lot of noise in the hotel throughout the night, both inside and from the street outside. The windows and walls are not thick or well insulated at all.

Many guests were very disappointed about the fact that the Wi-Fi signal doesn't always work well in the guest rooms. That may make it difficult for you to work during your stay, unless you go downstairs to one of the common areas of the hotel to access the Internet.

Guests agree that for an up-scale business hotel this one doesn't provide many in-room amenities. For instance, there are no kettles, irons, or safes in the rooms. Therefore, you should expect only basic in-room amenities when you stay there.
