And guests who were staying at other times of the year remarked that it was a short stroll to clubs, cafes, and restaurants, and a quick drive to the football stadium, just five minutes away.

Kitchenettes were a let down for guests who had visions of cooking a light meal. They only consisted of a sink, bar fridge, toaster and kettle, and there were signs saying that cooking was forbidden in rooms.
Not having an elevator onsite was less than ideal for a number of guests, and Wi-Fi that barely worked was a major disappointment, especially when guests had to pay extra. These factors greatly contributed to guests' negative opinion of their stay.
