Premier Inn Bristol City Centre King Street is well placed if you are visiting the Docks area or seeing an event at the Hippodrome which is 6-minutes’ walk away. Bristol Theatre is also just 1-minutes’ walk from the hotel. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops are all within easy walking distance.

Breakfast is served daily at the on site restaurant and many guests stated that it’s worth a try. Dishes are varied, plentiful and freshly prepared.

You can expect the staff at reception to be friendly and engaging, helpful and informative. Tourist information is readily provided as are tips and recommendations for local sites, bars and restaurants.

The rooms can get uncomfortably hot and stuff during warm weather. Some guests complained that there was no air conditioning and the rooms were unbearably hot in summer. Some rooms also appear to have poorly functioning windows which can only be partially opened. Other guests reported that desk fans were provided but were ineffective in cooling the room.

The hotel is located between the river and a busy commercial road. Some guests reported that late night revellers in the street, as well as the sound of traffic, prevented them from getting a quiet nights’ sleep.

Housekeeping can be hit and is not guaranteed to be provided daily. Some guests reported that the bathroom smelt unpleasant as if it had not been cleaned. On some occasions, rubbish and from previous guests’ was found in the room.
