As there are different subway lines nearby many enjoyed being able to use public transportation to explore New York. The hotel is located in a lively area in Brooklyn that feels safe providing many good restaurants and shops for a great city trip.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel provides rooms for different needs, including spacious suites for families who stay here. Guests liked the comfortable beds and the trendy decor of the room giving the location a different feel than a standard chain hotel room.
Friendly and helpful, the staff will be able to assist you with tours, tickets or local recommendations to restaurants and attractions even making reservations for you. Guests were very satisfied with the provided customer service.
Some guests had noise complaints, either from neighboring rooms, or sometimes from the street. Some also felt that the in-room air conditioning unit was too loud. For a good sleep pack some earplugs, just in case.
The lobby area is small for the different functions it has, as the breakfast lounge, bar and front-desk seem to share the same area. This might not be of much issue if you do not plan to spend a lot of time there.
