The staff at the Smack Dab Restaurant are top class. They provide superb service and are full of recommendations for items on the menu. Then there's the food which is delicious and very reasonably priced.
The advertised mountain views are often just a view of another building and a car park with a glimpse of a mountain to the side. It's a little disappointing, to say the least, and has left some guests rather upset that they can count cars instead of mountain peaks.
This place is beautiful from the outside, but once you get into the rooms, you'll see that the carpets and furniture need to be replaced. It's all very dated in the rooms and guests feel that at the premium rates they are paying, the rooms should be modern.
