The hotel has a free onsite parking lot. The parking area is spacious enough to allow you freedom when maneuvering in and out of your car as well as when parking it.

The hotel is close to various amenities in the area and thus guests do not have to travel far to shop, dine or have a good time. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view and there are various modes of transport available to guests. Guests felt that the prices were reasonable and they were satisfied at the end of their stay.

The staff is very attentive to your needs. The reception staff checks you in and out very quickly and efficiently. The housekeeping team is also very thorough in maintaining cleanliness and seems to take pride in their work.

Many guests complained about the poor sound insulation in the rooms. Noise from the highway was very disturbing and caused some guests to have restless nights. The corridors were also prone to echoing and the noise from conversations and footsteps carried easily into the apartments.

A few guests have complained about the signal quality of the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. It appears to be not quite as strong as expected in a few of the rooms and public areas and keeps disappearing.

Breakfast is usually a very busy time at the hotel's onsite restaurant especially during the peak seasons. Queues can be quite lengthy and a number of guests felt that the hotel was not well prepared for the surge of diners.
