The extensive breakfast buffet gets a lot of positive comments, but be aware that if breakfast is not included in your room rate it will be charged at EUR 13.00. You can also order breakfast from room service, or prepare your own.

The guest rooms are not air-conditioned, which can make them rather hot and stuffy during the warmer months of the year. While you can keep a window or balcony door open at night on upper floors, if you stay in a ground floor room, safety or privacy concerns might prevent you from doing so, particularly at night.

Reviewers had very mixed reports about the hotel employees and the service they provided. Although some were quite impressed, others found the staff unhelpful and even rude, notably at the front desk and in the bar.

Although guests generally found their rooms comfortable and well-equipped, some remarked that they were a bit short of space, particularly in the triple and quad rooms. Also, if you book a three-bed room, be aware that one bed will actually be a fold-out chair.
