This place has certainly cornered the market on staff etiquette. They are very polite, attentive, helpful bunch and tend to issues in a timely manner.

Being located on a quiet street is a huge plus, especially if your dream is to getaway and relax. The facility is in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough where you can easily walk to nearby attractions. The lovely stream flowing by adds to the charm and quaintness of the property.

There is a snack area in the lobby of the hotel; however, the breakfast is very good and well stocked. Sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, juice, the whole gamut. The eating area is a nice size as well, but it's best to get there as early as possible as it can get crowded quickly.

Oh dear, if you are looking forward to a comfortable sleep, you may find the only alternative at the hotel is a mattress as hard as wood. Then again, there are those who prefer extra-firm mattresses. It's a matter of preference. If you like hard mattresses, you are in luck!

The Wi-Fi is sub-par and that's not good for a hotel with business facilities. If you are traveling on business and require a reliable Wi-Fi connection, you won't find it here.

You may find that the shower water pressure is only a trickle. It's frustrating when you are looking forward to a nice brisk shower and you can't even fill a standard size cup with the amount of water that comes out of the shower head!
