Klimt Hotel & Apartments (Vienna, Austria)

Again and again guests mention what a great deal they got. They regarded their room-rates as very low for Vienna, and were very happy with the standard of accommodation they received in return.

The U-Bahn stations are described as being just a few minutes walk from the hotel, with a direct line into the city centre. Most guests don't seem to have a problem staying out of the centre because of the low room-rates and the ease of getting into the city.

Surprisingly for hotel Wi-Fi, it gets good ratings from guest at the Klimt. While there were a couple of guests who experienced problems, the majority who comment on W-Fi found it both available and fast enough for their needs.

A number of guests commented that the breakfast, if not included in one's room-rate, was exceptionally expensive. Some just put this down to Vienna being an expensive city, but others believed they could get better value at a local café.

While it wasn't mentioned by many guests, some did mention that during their stay in mid-summer an air conditioner would have made their stay a great deal better. It didn't seem to affect guests outside the peak two months of summer.

A couple of guests had trouble checking in late since the reception closes at 10:00 PM. There is a procedure in place to allow guests into their room after this, but this didn't always work 100%.
