Whether you need an early check-in, a late check-out, help changing your flights or just some local directions, they are here to help. This might be a small hotel, but the staff here are certainly big on fast, friendly service.
A good night's rest is all that most people really want in a hotel and this property certainly delivers that. The beds were praised for their comfort and a number of guests were pleased to note that mattress toppers have even been used to full effect here.
It's certainly not smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Paris, but that only added to the restful atmosphere at this hotel. However, for those who wanted to be right in the thick of things, there is a metro station just five minutes' walk away, enabling guests to access the heart of Paris pronto.
The number one gripe here was the size of the rooms. Past guests report that they are indeed absolutely tiny. Those with a lot of luggage may struggle with space at this hotel.
While the hotel advertises that its rooms are soundproofed, a number of guests reported that their stays were still disturbed by noisy neighbours.
Past guests also had issues accessing the Wi-Fi at this hotel, with a number reporting that they were entirely unable to connect during their visit.
