This is a long-established hotel and in the same family for many years. The atmosphere is such that visiting guests are welcomed back as old friends. Consequently, it's not unusual for them to visit several times a year.

On the subject of ‘water', the pool is great and the private beach is even better with the hotel constantly keeping it clean and tidy for guests. All the amenities you could want are an easy stroll away and if you fancy a Turkish bath whilst you're here ... there's one very close by.
Rooms are stuck in a 1950s time warp and even the family rooms are very small. If you get a sea-view, you are indeed very fortunate! It's more likely that you'll be gazing out at the walls of a neighbouring building for the duration of your stay.
There's a five star hotel next door with loud music that goes on for most of the night.
The pool is small and very deep; certainly far from ideal for kids. The private beach is permanently packed out. Food is unimaginative unless, as in the Wesker play, you like “Chips With Everything”. It's also quite expensive and you can't help feeling that a ‘package' holiday in another hotel would have worked out cheaper.
