The hotel's staff members are said to be friendly and people who spoke good English. They helped guests with lost items and booked tours for guests. Reception was personable and responded to guest requests.

The complimentary coffee and tea was a nice amenity for those who stayed. Many guests also mentioned the hotel offered them a free breakfast, which these guests enjoyed. It was varied and had an item for many tastes.

Guests who had to use the Internet found a slow connection to use during their stay. Some guests could not even connect in the first place. It was annoying to have an unreliable Wi-Fi, especially for work or to keep in touch with people.

Some guests were annoyed that the hotel's elevator cannot take their luggage up to the top floor. Instead, they had to take their luggage upstairs. Those guests who need the elevator for the top floors because they can't use the stairs would need to be accommodated on lower levels.
