This is a two-storey property that does not have a lift. Guests who had mobility issues or were travelling with lots of luggage were especially dismayed by the absence of a lift, and they recommended requesting a ground-floor room in advance of your stay if stairs are difficult for you to manage.

Guests commented that, whether in the rooms or the corridors, they were able to see that this property is showing its age. Most of the time, the old-fashioned nature didn't adversely affect their stays in practical ways, but the tired appearance was something they considered to be an obvious detractor.
