Hotel Westbahn Wien (Vienna, Austria)

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient with the trams, subway and a train station situated right next to it. Guests have ease of commuting to places around the city with a stay in the hotel.

Guests love the layout of the hotel with its provision for seating in the front and back of the property. The tables and chairs in the front are good to watch the traffic go by and the courtyard in the rear with an ancient well present is nice to relax with cups of coffee or tea.

Staff is courteous. Guests appreciated their eagerness to help and take care of service like instantly replenishing toiletries. Guests also mention that the toiletries like soap and shampoo provided by the hotel are really very good.

The rooms do not have air conditioning. Guests say that they felt very hot and uncomfortable even in the nights although it was cool outside. They also find the rooms small with not much space to move about.

The Wi-Fi speed at the hotel is slow and close to being non-existent. Guests say that they have to procure and use a new user name and password every time they run out of the permitted usage time.

Smoking is permitted in the courtyard of the hotel but guests say that the smoke smell seeps into the rooms and to other areas of the hotel, which is most unpleasant.
