The housekeeping staff could do with a lesson in hospitality. The "do not disturb" sign you place outside your door means just that; however, the housekeeping seems to think they are the exception.
Though the rooms are decent, there's no indication of convenience for tech devices. In fact, there is a charge for Wi-Fi access. For a business hotel this seems highly inappropriate as business people along with everyone else rely a lot on Wi-Fi today. Then again, this may be the reason for the charge.
