Hotel Tulip Inn Ajman (Ajman, United Arab Emirates)

Most of the guests liked the scenic view of the sea from the sea facing rooms on the 15th floor or above. Waking up in the morning to the lovely view and breeze was loved by the guests.

Guests were glad to find that even though the Wi-Fi connection was available only in the lobby, it was fast and not erratic. They could come down to the lobby and get their online work done.

Located along the Corniche Road, hotel gives access to many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel does not have its own beach but they have a tie up with another beach hotel close by where the guests can use the pool and private beach.

Some of the guests were horrified to find bed bugs crawling all over the bed and even on the walls. Many guests could not have a peaceful sleep as the air conditioner was very loud.

Rooms were not maintained well as there were curtains falling off the rails, sofa was stained, towels were old, rugs were torn and bathroom tiles were filthy. Some of the electrical sockets and connections were hanging from the wall, which could pose as a major fire hazard. Bathroom drains were either clogged or leaking.

Most of the guests found the staff members to be very rude and unbothered. Reception staff would hang up the call whenever the guests called in for some help. Many of them were very unprofessional and didn't know their job at all.
