Not only were there dining options, shops and pubs in the vicinity but also there were great public transport links nearby such as bus stops and Teddington railway station offering frequent trains towards London Waterloo. The free parking was a plus for motorists, who also said it was straightforward to reach sports venues, parks, city attractions and shopping centres.

According to many guests, the professional, obliging and friendly personnel provided great customer service at reception and in the cafe-bar. Reviewers usually experienced a quick check-in. Diners often praised the evening meals as well as the filling and tasty breakfast buffet featuring cooked and continental items.
