Guests landing off at the Dulles International Airport found it very easy to come over to the hotel at any time of the day. It is a 40 minutes’ drive to Washington DC. There is a shuttle available if the guests wished to go to the nearest metro station or any other location.
The staff members were very helpful and did not hesitate in assisting the guests with any chores at any hour of the day. Guests have a special mention for the front desk personnel as they were very pleasant and courteous.
Rooms are of standard size but furnished in contemporary colors. As per most of the guests, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which ensured a good night’s sleep. Bathrooms have a large rainfall shower head. It was clean and well-maintained.
Some of the guests who were on a business trip found it extremely difficult to get access to the Internet. They had to access it through signing up for their reward programs that kept popping up repeatedly, making it very cumbersome a process.
