Apartments include balconies and stone fireplaces and these proved a year round hit with guests who enjoyed the sitting outside in the summer and relaxing in front of the fireplaces in the winter. Kitchens were described as spacious and generally well equipped.

The setting for these apartment, a few miles from Mammoth city centre, was a hit with most guests. They described it as tranquil and pleasant and appreciated the scenic walking trails and parklike surroundings. The nearby golf course was also a plus.

The complex has several pools and hot tubs and after a day on the slopes guests said they enjoyed relaxing in the warm waters. More energetic guests also appreciated the tennis courts and fitness centre.

There were numerous complaints about the standard of housekeeping at this complex. Guests reported stained mattresses and bed linens, dirty and matted carpets, unswept floors, dusty surfaces, smells of mould in bathrooms and dirty kitchen appliances. Terms such as filthy, disgusting and appalling were used to describe the state of the apartments. There were also complaints about the cleanliness of the swimming pools and spas.

Guests complained about poor and confusing directional signs in and around the complex, difficulties obtaining apartment keys and discourteous and unsympathetic responses from management. These initial problems were enough to cause some guests to say they would not return.

Overhead noise from neighbours in upper units was reported and guests also complained about rowdy behaviour in the spas and pools.
