The quality of bedroom and bathroom was pleasantly surprising according to previous guests. Both were not only spacious but were also spotlessly clean. Because of this, guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay because they can move freely and they need not to worry about extra space for their suitcases.
Most guests of this guesthouse are concert goers who choose this place because of its proximity to three arenas. They find it convenient to stay here before and after concert so they won't have a hard time travelling. Moreover, it is close to other establishments like shopping area and restaurants.
Guests rated this property highly because of its tremendously friendly staff. They claimed that this was one of the kindliest places they have ever stayed. The staff treated them like family and everyone were so helpful and pleasant.
Rooms in this guesthouse are located above a pub that is very loud at night. Most guests have a hard time getting a decent sleep because it can get very loud. They can hear drinkers and other people shouting and laughing until three in the morning.
Wi-Fi signal inside the rooms was very weak as complained by many guests. Therefore, they suggested that it would be better if the management will fix and provide strong Wi-Fi access in the rooms.
One thing the guests did not like in this guesthouse is the absence of lift. They have to go through the narrow stairs when going to the rooms. So, this place is not advisable for those who cannot use the stairs.
