Personal Butler

Though all guests have access to personal butler (concierge) service, it takes on a whole new meaning if you're staying in a suite. Upon arrival, you receive complimentary coffee and tea beverage service. Request it again at any time during your stay. You can also receive packing and unpacking service and luggage storage. Shoe shine and two garment presses are complimentary. If you need a wakeup call, the front desk will phone you with a personal greeting and the day's weather forecast. The butler service is accessible via email so you can stay in contact even away from the hotel.

High-Class Hospitality

With the high level of clientele this hotel typically hosts, it is no surprise their service is top notch. The personnel are professional and courteous but friendly. If you have any questions, concerns or request, don't hesitate to ask. The staff is accommodating, eager to help, and quick to respond. Guests said they felt extremely comfortable and also added that the concierge (butler) service is exceptional.

Coffee and Tea

There is no coffee maker or tea kettle in the room but you can request one. Don't expect your coffee to be replenished daily by housekeeping though. You'll have to call for more the next day.

Small Gym

Guests thought the onsite gym was too small and not well enough equipped, compared to gyms at similar-level hotels. However, guests did appreciate having 24 hour access.

Decanter

Some of the guests didn't think much of Decanter, the onsite restaurant. They thought the food was sub-par in taste and variety. The St Regis bar gets lots of compliments, however, with great drinks, light bites, and a lovely Afternoon Tea.
