The traffic noise outside the establishment disturbed many guests, especially those who stayed at the quarters facing the streets. Other guests would have wanted to open their windows but weren't able to because it was too noisy outside.
Parking spaces were a bit awkward because it was tight according to the guests who used it. In addition, a lot of them also experienced finding the parking space full, and had to be contented with the parking space over the next road.
