The Observatory is a 5 star hotel located in the heart of Sydney within walking distance of the city's attractions and only 12 kilometres from the airport. There are several different types of guest rooms at the Observatory including 78 deluxe ( of which 4 are wheelchair accessible), 9 junior suites,12 executive suites and 1 Observatory suite. They are all decorated to a high standard, are en-suite and have air-conditioning, TV, in-room safe, hairdryer and tea and coffee-making facilities. Fine dining is available at the Galileo Restaurant where French style cuisine is served in elegant surroundings. Light meals are served in the Globe Bar where afternoon teas can also be taken. The Martini Club offers guests a step back into the era of old-world glamour but admission is for members only. Membership application forms can be picked up when you visit the Globe Bar. The Observatory Spa Club facilities include a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped gymnasium. At the day spa there is a large choice of treatments and massage. There are several fully equipped meeting rooms of all shapes and sizes accommodating up to 150 people.
