The resort is well placed with lots of shopping areas, restaurants and the gondola to go up the mountainn located in close vicinity. Many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines are also located nearby. Guests can go and explore the Vail village.
Guests loved the ski valet service who took them to skis everyday. You can also go mountain biking, fishing and river rafting.
Computer and internet facilities are bad at the resort and need to be fixed. It is totally inappropriate for business travelers or for people who are coming for conferences.
Though there is a paid valet parking which is safe within walking distance, some guests felt that the hotel should have had an on-site parking. However, it was not really a major problem for the guests.
The property seems a bit dated and can be refurbished to suit the modern age travellers. The rooms are also bit tired and décor may be updated. Tired looks need a revamp and furniture also needs and upgradation.
