You're right at the trails when staying here, with proximity to other Cotswold explorations. Broadway village markets, geocaching, galleries and antique shops, viewing local wildlife, and places such as Sudeley Castle and Gardens provide lots of opportuni

At this bed and breakfast, all of the meals are tasty and filling, and offered at rates as affordable as the room stays. Fresh ingredients and an obvious knowledge of traditional fare are pluses for the inn.

Despite the rooms and pub access being separate, noise still easily comes through. Live entertainment and rowdy sports' viewing also contribute to heightened levels of sounds. Carry ear plugs, if you're not going to be joining the festivities.

A strong doggie odour affects the inn at times, so much that it's surprising when you don't see any pups running around. Keep this possibility in mind, if you're sensitive to that smell, or to odours in general.

The staff here are unfortunately not always at the top of their game all of the time. They can be brisk, not readily available or interested in being available, and demonstrate attitudes that contradict the meaning of customer service.
