You may not get hot water flowing immediately in your shower, and the pressure is a bit low as well. There may not be enough warm water to fill a bath before it turns to icy cold either.
Some didn't care for the basins, poorly-fitted toilet seats, lack of toiletries (there's no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or lotion in the bathrooms) or the tiny rooms overall. Others felt their bill was a bit too high for the provisions, specifically the food being of mediocre quality and without much creativity.
