Originally built in 1929, Eldon Luxury Suites are recently refurbished serviced apartments located in downtown Washington DC. Luxurious and well appointed, these self-contained apartments have various floor plans and are suitable for holidays and business visits. There are 50 suites with attractive interiors, luxury bedding, wall mounted HD TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. There are fully equipped kitchens, queen sized sofa beds, granite floors and counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances, in room safes and bathrooms with shower massage jets in each suite. Eldon Luxury Suites offer paid parking facilities and concierge and ticket assistance facilities to guests. In room massage and spa facilities are available. Breakfast can be provided to guests at a surcharge. Guests can also use the kitchen facilities to get their own meals. The suites are about a mile from the White House and just about a block from the Washington D.C. Convention Center and the Mount Vernon Square Metro Station.

The apartments have amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed in the living room area and attractive décor.
The staff is friendly and helpful according to most reviews. They are at hand when assistance is required or with any extras that guests may require. However a few guests felt that the staff was not as cooperative as they ought to be.
