The property is far enough from the noisy crowds but accessible and close enough to travel all the major tourists' spots within Banff. Moreover, it is located near the woods where guests can witness the magnificent view of nature.
Guests were disappointed with the lack of an air conditioning system inside the rooms. It was quite hard for guests to function normally inside the rooms especially during hot season. There was also no proper ventilation, so the rooms had hot temperature despite opening windows or turning on the fan.
Most of the negative reviews were from guests who were annoyed with the lack of proper reception or front desk area. Guests had to walk a few blocks away just to register so it was inconvenient for them to cross the street especially those who have mobility issues.
