This is a quaint, older building with a lot of character and squeaky floorboards. Enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the River Thames in the evening or take a stroll along its banks in the morning. A great value for the money. All areas are tired with outdated decor, especially the rooms. Temperature control is out of control. Views overlooking the river are often obscured by layers of dirt and grime. Plumbing is inefficient in some rooms and toilets won't flush properly. Showers are very old and need an intense scrubbing. Drains back up in the shower, so you may need to turn off the water a few times during your shower to let it drain out. Surfaces could use a good dusting. Phones often don't work so calling down to reception with a question or in an emergency is a concern.
