Members if staff are very friendly and helpful. Staying here is very much like being in a hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily and beds are made. Furnishings and décor are of high quality and the kitchen is very well equipped. They really try to think of everything and even supply umbrellas if it’s raining. Brilliant!
There’s a ‘feel safe’ atmosphere here; something that isn’t always apparent in a city centre setting. The friendly front desk is manned at all times. Apartments are spacious and clean and many have a balcony. Everything is here; refrigerator, washing machine, iron/board … everything!
The apartments are very close to Gran Via and the metro station and it is something of a dream for self caterers. There’s a wonderful bakery just outside and there are lots of convenience stores in the vicinity. Simply Market and Hiper Bazar are just two. There are, also, numerous restaurants in the area and the friendly staff members here will recommend the best ones for you. They will also pre-order online groceries if you wish. Complimentary coffee and snacks are served in the lobby. If a DIY breakfast has lost its appeal, there are cafes around that solve the problem.
There’s talk of a restaurant and bar being created, but currently these features are missing.
Some of the smaller studio units don’t have a seating area.
There is an occasional noise problem between the apartments, due to lack of sound insulation.
