Guests loved the large apartments that were adequately furnished and equipped. Kitchenette has all required utensils and cookware that allow the guests to prepare their own meals. The beautiful views of the sea and stars were loved by the guests. It is clean and well-maintained with a serene atmosphere where guests could relax away from the hustle bustle of the city.
The pool is clean and quiet where guests could laze around. There are many sun loungers around to soak up the sun and enjoy the lovely view of the sea. Different types of snacks are served in the poolside bar. Staff members are very professional and always have a smile on their face, which goes a long way in making the guests feel at home. The bar staff was specially appreciated by most of the guests.
Guests loved the breathtaking location of the hotel, which is close to the beach. The beach is fantastic and very safe for young children too. Europa Centre and Puerto Rico are five minutes' drive from the hotel. Guests could shop for their own groceries and other items of daily use from the well-stocked onsite Spar supermarket.
The Wi-Fi connection is very expensive and erratic to top it all. This did not allow the guests to stay connected for a long time.
Many guests felt that the rooms got quite hot without the air conditioner. It could get too hot at night and the fans were not sufficient enough to cool the rooms.
Few guests felt that the stench of the sewage from the nearby treatment plant spoilt the stay in the lovely hotel.
