The entire area is laid back and geared to relaxation and enjoyment. It's epitomized here in a pressure free setting with peace and quiet, fabulous service and a sense of real luxury.
The cabanas come with every luxury… TV, refrigerator; even a small pool. Add to this the location and the incredible year-round climate ... the result is near perfection.
Everything is here for a perfect break in the sun. It lacks supervision though. Service is poor in the bar and there's a general lack of cleanliness, coupled with a negative attitude from staff. Effective management could transform this situation in the take of a breath.
This is promoted as a place for a ‘luxury' break. Tiles are missing from the pool, Jacuzzis and showers don't work and towels are threadbare and more suited to a low-budget B&B. Luxury? … don't think so!
Yes, customers can be difficult and demanding, often unnecessarily so. But high-end establishments are tuned to dealing with this, without a problem … just like shelling peas. Not here! There is a serious negative attitude on the part of the staff that needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
