The hotel offers guests a great value for money with quiet and clean rooms, comfortable beds and conveniences like free Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker etc. With facilities like outdoor pool, hot tub, amazing breakfast and close proximity to everything makes it an ideal place to stay.

Polite Staff

The staff at Super 8 Gatlinburg Convention Center is extremely polite and friendly. Quick check-in and check-out by staff helps in saving a lot of guests' time. They were accommodating and made sure that everything needed by guests is provided promptly.

Inconsistent Room Service

Guests were really disappointed with the housekeeping not cleaning the rooms on a daily basis and they had to ask to get it cleaned. There were no clean towels and enough toilet paper in the bathroom.

Disappointing Pool & Jacuzzi

The hot tub doesn't function and is broken and also infested with insect larva. The pool was freezing cold and also the area around the pool was unclean and junked up. Guests didn't like the pool and Jacuzzi area at the hotel.

Needs Repair and Update

Some parts of the hotel need some updating like non-functioning hot tubs, uncomfortable beds, stained and discoloured walls and old furniture. You may find rooms and facilities look a bit tired and in need of repair like no hot water in tubs and loose bathroom doors and fittings. From bedroom furniture to the overall interiors, everything is in need of an update.
