The parking spaces at Gatlinburg Town Square are very small indeed. If your vehicle is even remotely large, you might find it difficult to fit it into a spot.
While most of the amenities are good, there are one or two things that could cause annoyance. Firstly the Wi-Fi connectivity isn't especially strong and you may find yourself having to go into a public area in order to log on successfully. Also, some of the showers are really small and the water pressure isn't great. Another issue is that there is no breakfast offered here, so you'll have to go out if you want something to eat in the morning.
You may find that staff try to persuade you to go to a meeting about timesharing, which can be pretty annoying and not how you want to spend your vacation time.
