Although not in the center of Amarillo, many guests have found the location of this motel convenient. Its location beside the I-40 makes the property easy to access and offers a quick way to reach area attractions. Plus, guests note that shopping and dining spots are nearby.

Those guests who wanted to keep a tight rein on their budget found the room rates here especially appealing. In addition to the low-cost rooms, guests have appreciated the free perks such as breakfast, Internet access, and on-site parking.

Although the rates here are low, that doesn't stop guests complaining about the quality of the rooms. In particular, there appear to be regular concerns about the standard of the housekeeping service. Guests find the service haphazard and unreliable.

Housekeeping is not the only concern here - guests also note that the property suffers from a lack of proper maintenance. Reported issues include stained carpets, burn holes in the bedding, loose fittings in the bathrooms, broken lights, and overgrown landscaping in the grounds.

Rather alarmingly, a number of previous guests state that they encountered bedbugs in this motel. Guests were left with bite marks all over their bodies, particularly around their ankles. Unsurprisingly, affected guests would not return because of this problem.
