Many guests enjoyed waking up to a free breakfast buffet served in the casual dining room of the hotel. The items were varied and cooked nicely, which added to a nice start of the day. Enjoying a good breakfast was a relaxing time for many of those who stayed here.

For many guests who drove to the hotel, the location was a good start for them to drive to nearby locations such as the various medical centers, the Palo Duro Canyon Park or the rodeos in the area. There is also a good selection of shops and restaurants that can also be reached easily by car.

Overall, the facilities and staff members are given positive remarks. The hotel offers free WiFi, breakfast, a fitness room, parking, and a pool to name a few. The staff is also very willing to help guests with a good attitude.

For some guests who stayed here recently, the hotel is in need of a refurbishment. The lighting was not bright, furniture not new or decent for its age, and the water pressure low, and the bed covers/towels needed to be replaced. Some people found the parking lot to be too small for the number of guests, especially when RVs or trucks would park.

The noise coming from next door neighbors was too much to bear for some guests who found it near impossible to have a peaceful sleep. Loud talking or jumping up and down was the type of noise that was heard.

Some people had to change their rooms at least once because they found issues in their rooms that could not be ignored. One of them being the door not closing properly. They changed rooms in the middle of the night and some more than once. Some people found the parking lot to be too small for the number of guests, especially when RVs or trucks would park.
