Guests are all praise for the amazing, helpful and efficient staff. These perfectionists are a credit to the hotel. They worked hard to make the guests feel like royalty. Always obliging, they go an extra mile to help, whether at the reception, around the pool, the bar or the restaurant. Guests also noted that in case of illnesses, they do not shy away from responsibilities. On special occasions, they make them the centre of attraction. All the guests were impressed with their service and said that the staff contributed a lot in making their stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Guests spoke highly about the variety of restaurants on the premises. They were impressed with the quality of food. They also loved the romantic setting and the fantastic food, coupled with the efficient services of the catering staff. Outside the resort also there are many eating and drinking places close by.

Guests found the position of the hotel to be perfect with beautiful sea views, quiet gardens and pool area. The beach is at a stone's throw from the hotel. The sports activities and the scuba diving demos were also enjoyed by the guests. They also expressed their approval for the sun bed allocation system of the hotel. They loved the warm, vibrant spa which recharged them. They found the walk on the promenade to be very relaxing. Guests complimented the elegant rooms with the amenities. The spacious rooms were absolutely clean.

Guests would prefer the outdoor pools to be heated towards the end of the season.

Some guests suggest that a seafood night at the beach or a beach barbecue would be wonderful.
