All staff are extremely friendly and personable, ensuring that guests feel welcome upon arrival. Some guests found the water temperature in the bathrooms to be somewhat annoying in that the water is either cold or hot and it is very hard to find the perfect temperature. Others found the bathrooms to be small and somewhat dingy.
The Wi-Fi, while free, is unreliable in its connection and was found by guest to be patchy.
