Guests mentioned the rooms here as offering a good amount of space for a hostel, as well as generally being kept clean and possessing nice bathrooms that included a walk-in shower. Moreover, the beds here were considered to be rather comfortable.
It seems that people rather appreciated being located just next to an U-Bahn underground station and there were apparently also restaurants, supermarkets and other shops to be found nearby. Furthermore, those guests who were in town for Oktoberfest were happy to find that they were sleeping only a short way away from all of the beer tent action.
People were happy to mention that the staff members working here were friendly, kind, ready to assist with anything and also had a good standard of English.
The kitchen here was reported as being small and was therefore sometimes left in a poor condition or considered to too crowded. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi system was thought to be rather annoying as you apparently have to log in with new password details every time it disconnected and the connection in some rooms was poor.
If you are looking for a hostel with a communal atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to meet other travellers, then you may want to look elsewhere as people thought this one was simply too big and the common room full of people using the internet.
