The accommodation on offer at Hotel Selen 2 can best be described as basic and simple. Rooms are clean and well-organised with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms that are kept clean and well-maintained.

Hotel staff are friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. Front desk staff are accommodating and do their best to ensure that guests are well taken care of and also well-informed about the local area and activities that are available. Poolside service is also available which is also friendly and fun.

Hotel Selen 2 is very clean throughout and all amenities are well-maintained. The restaurant area as well as poolside snack bar and sun terrace are cleaned daily. The outdoor pool water is also kept sparkling and poolside amenities including sun loungers are in great shape.

It is important to be aware that while rooms are sometimes advertised with air conditioning as a benefit, the actual air conditioning comes at a price. Guest requiring air conditioning in rooms are required to ‘hire' the air conditioning before it can be turned on.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in every room as well as throughout the hotels public spaces. While this is true for most public areas, the signal leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to in-room Wi-Fi signal. The signal is very weak and barely usable.

The hotel is quite old and although clean and well-maintained is quite dated in décor, furnishings, decorations and colour choices. Some may find this not to their liking, especially when compared to newer hotels.
