Rooms kept clean and tidy
The hotel’s hygiene standards were praised by most former visitors. In particular, the rooms were generally regarded as clean and tidy, with fresh and well-maintained beds.
Whilst it was far from flawless overall, the value for money offered by the hotel – especially in comparison to alternative choices in the area – was still seen as good by the majority of past guests.
Disruptive noise an issue at night
With popular nightlife options reportedly located directly below the accommodation, noise has proven to be a consistent issue for past visitors. So much so that noise was a serious problem for many, even until late into the night.
Service from staff a mixed bag
Despite some having a positive experience with this aspect, a sizeable number of former guests were left disappointed about the service they received from the hotel’s staff members. For those that had a negative experience, the front desk personnel were frequently described as unhelpful and impolite.
Frustrating experience with paid Wi-Fi
Despite reports on the contrary, the hotel does not supply complimentary Wi-Fi – something that has aggrieved many recent visitors that wanted to use the facility. To further add to the frustration, it has been stated that the hotel has an unnecessarily complicated process in gaining access to the Wi-Fi.
