Room'47'is the first pension built in Chania.The phantastic view over the old harbour and the near to the center makes it very attracting.The rooms are very quiet, equipped with AC, fridge, TV, bath and partially with balcony.Rooms'47'is 12 minutes to the famous, blue flagged, sand beach of Nea Chora by walk along the promenade on the sea of Chania, is a very long sandy beach, located 1km west of Chania city center, along the Akti Papanikoli Street. You can walk to there from Hotel. Of course, there are many taverns, restaurants, snack bars and cafes in the area.Please note: Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 . Check out from 08:00 to 13:00 . Payment upon arrival by cash. Taxes included. Breakfast not included. No curfew. Child friendly. Same day bookings: please book at least 2 hours in advance
