Hotel Rogue Regency Inn & Suites (Medford, USA)

Many chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport as well as the highway. The inn offers a complimentary airport shuttle which many found very convenient. Those who were keen to visit the local shops were pleased to find a large mall only a short distance away as well as numerous other amenities including cafes, bars and restaurants.

Guests were complimentary about the food served at the inn stating that the dishes were well-prepared using quality ingredients. Many said that the menus were extensive, catering for various dietary requirements and also appreciated having the choice between the formal restaurant and the more-laid back fare served at the on-site pub.

All of the members of staff were described as being friendly and approachable, often going the extra mile in order to make the guests feel at ease. Many said that the check-in and check-out process was swift and hassle-free and also appreciated the way their queries and requests were handled.

Guests were disappointed to find that the rooms were looking rather dated as many objected to the worn carpets, tatty-looking upholstery and old-fashioned pieces of furniture. The bathrooms were also said to be in need of modernization as the fixtures and fittings were said to be old and basic.

Those who visited the gym said that there was a poor choice of equipment and what was there was quite dated and in need of replacement.

The soundproofing was said to be inadequate as guests said that they were disturbed by the footsteps of occupants above them. Quite a few also objected to the noisy plumbing as guests could hear toilets flushing and running water from adjoining rooms.
