The hotel is located in the centre of the Medina and is therefore a strategic location to explore the area. They were able to enjoy their stay since most of the attractions were close by. They could sightsee and get to the hotel within a reasonable time.
Guests felt the heaters in the rooms were not working well during their stay. It was cold in the rooms and the heater did not do a good job of warming the rooms. This felt a bit uncomfortable.
