This is extremely reasonably priced accommodation. Many guests realized that the low price would mean that it would be accommodation on a very basic level with no frills and this is exactly that. This may not suit those requiring more than a budget bed for a night or two.

One well-behaved pet is allowed per room. Unlike other accommodations, here pets can stay for no extra charge.

Busch Gardens are a great attraction within the area and are really very near, being only five minutes by car. During summer months there are regular firework displays and a variety of events throughout the year.

The low rates charged for this accommodation and its location in a less than desirable area combine to attract the type of people that some guests felt unsafe being around.

Many guests experienced rooms that they felt weren't properly cleaned. The bed linen is also old and is threadbare in places with holes in it. Despite the accommodation being non-smoking, there is a lingering smell of smoke in some rooms.

Some found their rooms and bedding felt rather cold and damp. In these rooms there is also the smell of mold and damp in the air. This is an issue in a number of rooms as guests have requested to change rooms only to experience the same problem.
