Also the breakfast, though minimal, is not that good but not that bad either. You get waffles, bagels, juice, and coffee, but it's better than nothing.
The room has all the basics. You have a desk and chair, a comfortable sitting lounge chair, side lamps, and nice comfortable bed.
The hotel has some terrible mold spots. On the curtains, lamps, over the window, the ceiling, it's not a good look. You may also find huge stains on chairs and cigarette burns as well. The smell of smoke is apparent in the hotel whether you are in a smoking room or not. All in all, the hotel needs a redo pronto.
The reception is not interested in your concerns about your stay at the facility. It seems that the staff feels it's your problem and it's best that you get with the program. They are so detached from their visitors that the phones in the room have no information about how to contact the front desk.
Don't be surprised if you find garbage strewn about the parking lot. However, this could be from little critters visiting during the night looking for a good meal.
