Hotel Ramada Los Angeles / Downtown West (Los Angeles, USA)

The majority of guests were very taken with the size of the rooms and bathrooms and considered this to be a positive attribute of their stay at Ramada Los Angeles/Downtown West. The rooms are fairly spacious, as are the beds which guest highlighted as being especially comfortable. The bathrooms are well-sized and equipped with a modern, well-pressured showerhead and the rooms are filled with conveniences and amenities that will ensure a stay at this Ramada location is a comfortable one.

The hotel is located in close proximity to a number of Los Angeles attractions and is within walking distance of the vibrant Downtown Los Angeles area that is home to a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests are not too far from the renowned Rodeo Drive, the Staples Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Guests will not be short of activities during a stay at this hotel.

Guests were especially pleased with the fact that parking is included in the price of the hotel and found the parking facilities to be expansive enough to accommodate multiple cars and evade any parking issues.

Some guests found that the carpets and the furnishings in this hotel were somewhat shabby and on the downtrodden-looking side; they felt as if the hotel could do with a deep clean or a more diligent job on the housekeeping staff's part. However, many guests found the hotel's cleanliness to be a positive aspect of their stay.

The staff were found to be somewhat dismissive and uninterested by many guests however others had the opposite experience and found them to be very pleasant.

While most guests were pleased with the location, they found that at night time a lot of noise was generated from the area immediately surrounding the hotel.
