All rooms at the Staples Center Inn are expansive and clean as well as being fitted with a wide range of modern amenities, such as refrigerators and microwaves, which will ensure guests are comfortably surrounded by conveniences that will aid in the comfort of their stay. The rooms are spacious and the majority of guests deduced that they had been recently renovated as the décor is fairly modern and the furniture is in very good condition.

Staples Center Inn is conveniently located nearby a wide range of Los Angeles attractions such as the Staples Center itself and the Los Angeles Convention Center among others. Downtown Los Angeles is roughly a twenty-minute walk away and is home to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The majority of guests felt that they were in a safe area that they were comfortable returning to during the night.

The majority of staff are welcoming and warm in their demeanor; they are happy to help with any requests or queries regarding the hotel or the surrounding Los Angeles area.

While a large number of guests were very happy with the service provided, other guests found that the staff were indifferent or they were not engaging enough.

Some guests found that the hotel's outside appearance and the immediate area surrounding the hotel were not especially aesthetically-pleasing however, as soon as they saw their spacious, modern rooms they felt that they were happy with their choice to stay at Staples Center Inn.

The car park provided by the hotel is somewhat minimal and guests found that they had trouble consistently finding a parking space at the hotel. They were relegated to the surrounding area however, a large number of guests would recommend staying at this hotel.
