Hotel Raffaello (Milan, Italy)

Raffaello serves a very nice breakfast, according to many recent reviews. The buffet has a large selection of foods, with many diet friendly options. Guests especially enjoyed the fresh bakery items and the coffee.

Raffaello boasts a great location, less than 20 minutes from the city centre. Not only is the hotel close to the highway, it is also near public transportation, so getting around town is a breeze. In addition, the hotel is close to most major attractions, and both restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is a large mall only ten minutes away, and a supermarket close by.

Most guests found their rooms to be pleasant, spacious, clean, and loved the large bed. Many guests also appreciated having a mini-fridge in their rooms, but several would have also preferred to have a clothing iron and a kettle.

Several guests thought that Raffaello did not meet their four-star hotel expectations. Aspects like various amenities in their rooms being out of order. Many guests also though that some renovations are necessary, and cosmetic refreshing would greatly brighten the rooms. In addition, a few guests had complaints about the air conditioner working poorly, and behaving more like a fan.

Though many guests had no problem with the Wi-Fi, others found it to be slow, and the Internet connexion unstable. This seemed to be more evident in the evenings and at night.

Some guests weren't very pleased with the service at Raffaello. Reviews include comments about requests and inquiries being unfulfilled and unanswered, and the staff not displaying the friendliest demeanour.
